Ander Caballero

Ander Caballero is an international consultant and a knowledge broker specialized in advising public, private and non-profit organizations in public affairs, sustainable operations, and partnership development. 

Formerly a business executive, he was a senior Basque Government official where he served as delegate of the Basque Country to the United States working in international affairs and public diplomacy. He is also a cofounder of a boutique public policy firm and two social impact programs involving the Basque diaspora in the US.

Ander is a lecturer in sub-state international relations, business diplomacy and sustainability at Deusto University and Mondragon University. He holds a master in public administration by the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, a postgraduate certificate in sustainable business by the University of Cambridge, and a law degree from Deusto University Law School.
