ALC wishes to inform the users of this website that the present declaration reflects ALCK's data protection policy. This policy has been drawn up based on the current personal data protection regulations, that is, Spanish Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on Personal Data Protection (hereinafter LOPD) and Spanish Royal Decree 994/1999, of 11 June, adopting the regulation of security measures for automated files containing personal information (hereinafter Regulation 994/1999).

ALCK does not voluntarily collect data of personal nature pertaining to users of this website. The personal details communicated by the user to ALCK may or may not be saved to automated databases, which are exclusively owned by ALCK, which assumes all of the technical, organisational and security measures to guarantee the confidentiality, integrity and quality of the information contained therein.
Communication between the users and ALCK does not take place over a secure channel, and the data which is transferred is not encrypted, and as such the users are requested to refrain from sending personal data which is deemed to be specially protected data, given that this is not advisable due to the security measures applicable to a non-secure channel.
Purpose of data treatment
The personal data which is voluntarily communicated by the User shall only be used for the specific purpose of managing their condition as user registered with the support service and shall be processed under complete confidentiality, and only being used for those purposes for which it is collected and those expressly reported to the User in this Privacy Policy at the time it is gathered.

ALCK undertakes to continually update the personal data which has voluntarily been provided by the users of this website to accurately respond to the identity and personal characteristics of said users.
