The post-COVID scenario poses new challenges for the sector of the cultural industries in the Basque Country. The complexity of the situation required connecting all efforts and incorporate experimentation dimension and open innovation. This document presents the first work conclusions made to build an Open Innovation Platform that meets these objectives.

The main objectives of the Platform were:

1. Promote an alternative focus to current strategies in the field of cultural and creative industries in the Basque Country taking advantage of the capacity Last Tour tractor.

2. Better understand and project internationally the real added value of these industries in the Basque Country.
