Farah Reza Loaiza explores and deepens in the areas of the food system in the different platforms of social innovation of the center. Farah is Colombian, before joining ALC, she started her professional career as a consultant in different gastronomic projects in Medellin, Colombia. She gained experience in the intersection of social innovation and the food system through the Zotea project, implemented in one of the most vulnerable communities in the Colombian Chocó. Her training includes a Bachelor's degree in Gastronomy and Professional Cooking, as well as a Master's degree in Gastronomic Sciences obtained at the Basque Culinary Center. During the last year, she has been working at Agirre Lehendakaria Center, as head of the food system area, actively participating in various social innovation platforms in countries such as Colombia, Uruguay, Gipuzkoa and Jordan.
