She is the founder of DOER | Make change happen, a platform that helps organizations shape their ideas, design solutions, and turn vision into action. Her work consists of connecting strategy, data analysis and visualization, foresight, and communication to transform complex needs into clear and executable roadmaps.

 

She has extensive experience in strategic projects in the public and private sectors, always at the intersection of innovation, data, and foresight. As Director General of Analysis and Foresight for the Government of Catalonia, she led pioneering initiatives such as the Subjective Well-being Indicator and the Cat2040 report.

 

With a multidisciplinary approach, she helps organizations understand what they need, how to address it, and how to make it happen, paving the way for ideas to become concrete projects with a positive impact on organizations and society.
