ALC works on "Como en Casa", a project led by the Matia Foundation and Institute, which aims to improve the well-being of people living in residential centers, developing a People-Centered care system.

This project is being carried out in Gipuzkoa and Asturias as a pilot, seeking to generate knowledge in relation to the aspects of good treatment in daily life, significant environments, organisational aspects and organisational culture. Likewise, the integration of these residences into their community environment will be sought. It seeks to promote a model of good care, where comprehensive care is oriented from different dimensions.

ALC works on the Developmental Evaluation of the process.

With the intention of evaluating the process in real time and looking for solutions to problems or situations that may be encountered along the way, to adapt the intervention to these opportunities that arise. This evaluation also makes it possible to co-create initiatives according to the reality of each center and territory or to scale the successful ones to broader scenarios.
