Arthur Amalir
He is a Master's student in Engineering at Columbia University and a graduate in Engineering from ESTP (France). He has extensive training in mathematics and physics, and a multidisciplinary background that spans data analysis (ML), architecture, law, and urban systems, ultimately focusing his career on computational modeling.
His research focuses on modeling complex systems under uncertainty, stochastic processes, and inference from noisy and heterogeneous data.
After applying these methods to physical systems, he is currently focusing his interest on the analysis of narratives and the contributions of stakeholders. His goal is to develop methodologies for structuring information, identifying patterns or tensions, and managing uncertainty and interpretive biases in human systems. He works primarily with Python, MATLAB, and Java.
