Vicente Paredes (Orihuela, 1972) studied at the University of the Basque Country and Westminster College in London. A freelance photographer with almost thirty years of experience in publishing and advertising, he is a regular contributor to art centers such as Centro Botín, Azkuna Zentroa, BilbaoArte, and the Balenciaga Museum. As a visual artist, his work explores new forms of narrative that connect with the viewer in the field of documentary photography. His projects have been exhibited at numerous national and international venues, including Getxophoto, Lagos Photo, and Images Vevey, among others. Pony Congo (This Book is True, 2015) and Super Euskadi (Caniche, 2022) are his two most recent published books. He lives in Bilbao.
