Training on Developmental evaluation with CESAL teams

On June 26th, a workshop on Developmental evaluation was held at the Mercado Escuela de San Cristóbal (Madrid), with the aim of further strengthening the processes of community transformation that are being promoted in different territories of the State within the framework of the CESAL Innovation Operation.

The aim of the collaboration over the next three years is to contribute to improving, through evolutionary evaluation, the design of the new models of social and labor insertion that CESAL is promoting, to ensure that they are better connected with social dynamics.

Teams from CESAL Madrid, Valencia and Granada; Agirre Lehendakaria Center and Atelier Itd participated in the conference, with the goal of advancing in the joint design of territorial work strategies, as well as sharing key tools and approaches for the development of listening and evolutionary evaluation processes.

During the training, the digital tool Ktool, designed to facilitate the systematization of information and collective interpretation, was presented. Key concepts of the evolutionary assessment approach, systemic mapping, deep listening and co-creation were also introduced, connecting these elements with the challenges and opportunities identified by the local teams.

The sessions combined theory and practice, with dynamics by territories that allowed to start mapping agents and initiatives, identify listening channels and analyze emerging narratives. The day ended with a joint reflection to implement processes adapted to each local context.
