ALC and Rethink Ireland facilitate a new meeting of the mental health learning community in Ireland

ALC, in collaboration with Rethink Ireland, held a mental health learning community meeting in Dublin that brought together 30 organizations specializing in social innovation. The aim of the meeting was to build a new portfolio of experimentation in this field and co-design the next phase of the Community of Practice.

On the first session, the progress made in mapping the Irish ecosystem using the Ktool digital tool was presented, and participants worked in co-creation sessions to identify new opportunities for collaboration. ALC also shared the VIDAS Platform as an example of a systemic approach applied to the transformation of social services and care in Spain.

The second day focused on defining next year's goals, exploring the use of artificial intelligence in Ktool, and collectively reflecting on the impact of the process: how conversations about mental health are changing, what new connections are being made, and how shared learning drives collective intelligence.
